Will 1890 FCS-DIA “Family Financial Planning” courses enable students to pass the CFP ® exam?
The CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Board of Standards website says: “Although education is a fundamental part of achieving CFP® certification, fulfillment of the education requirement does not automatically equate to preparedness for the CFP® Certification Examination.” Also, students may not remember everything from the first couple of courses taken if it takes them two years to complete the program.
