Wife is cheating – what to do to win child custody?
1. get evidence of these messages- hopefully she has some you can take a photo of or print out or take a screen shot of (press the ‘print screen; or ‘prt sc’ button on your keyboard- and then ‘paste’ it into a document’.. without evidence it is her word against yours, and courts are stupid- they always give preference to the female, its really sexist… even if you prove she cheated, i doubt you will get full custody- that only happens if she is a bad parent and might damage the child… so you will have to share custody with her.. definately find yourself a good lawyer, show him the evidence, do this BEFORE you even mention divorce to her…
