Why would there be different addresses between Commercial Property Analysis options?
In the example of a 4-Plex, each unit has a different street address. It might be preferable to isolate capital expenses with details by unit (and lump sums for the other units) in different options. If the same address applies to all options, a source option may be copied to provide the foundation for a different option.
