Why would the Palestinian and the Israeli governments accept a confederate government?
A. Both governments will realize that it is in their best interest to have a confederate government deal with security, territorial, and other local issues that need to be resolved. We hope that there will be a huge participation in the election of a confederate government. There will be political risks for the Israeli or Palestinian governments to reject such confederate government, which is composed of both Palestinians and Israelis.
