Why would the ‘Authorize’ or ‘Next’ buttons be gray when making an online payment?
You may have a pop-up blocker on your computer. It must be turned off to make a payment. You must also be using Internet Explorer since Netscape and many other Internet browsers are not supported through this system. Also verify all of the fields on the screen have been filled in with the correct information. All fields must be appropriately updated in order to proceed to the next page.
