Why would someones windows be streaky using the window cloth and an enviro cloth?
Her window cloth may have residue from cleaners that were on the window before she began using norwex, or, if its her demo set, she may have some butter in the window cloth. Either way, she can boil it too. Word to the wise, boil these items seperately, as the colours will run when boiling. Be sure she knows to wash windows with the enviro cloth first and then dry them with the window cloth. When you skip the enviro part, dirt sometimes gets trapped in the window cloth and can build up leaving streaks.
