Why would someone use WBDB system rather than Verisign ?
Verisign product does a great job in Identity and Authentication Services which is great. Authentication is one essential part in the process and services of WBDB-legal. Legal document should be safe and secure and available to the authority verified by a third neutral party. If a million dollar contract is at stake you need every legal mean to make sure it is legal, the identity of all the parties is known and authenticated by a third party. An example will illustrate the importance of the guarantee: a check that is not endorse by any third party (like a bank) even if it is authenticated would not be accepted by most people. An authenticated check endorse by a legal bank will be gladly accepted.
