Why would someone purchase an original wooden wine crate?
Home improvements and wine cellar decoration. Wine crates make excellent shelving units, tables, benches and spice racks. Wine crates are sturdy and can hold alot of weight. Also, wine investors purchase them frequently. Investors usually purchase 1-2 bottles of exceptional wine to begin the collection. A crate is not included with a purchase of under 6 or 12 bottles. Once the collector reaches 6 or 12 bottles, he or she will want the original crate to complete the collection. Investors make more money at auction if their collection is complete with a wine crate.
