Why would someone opt for electrology if laser is quicker and easier?
With laser technology, dark hair draws laser energy to the root—generally the darkest and thickest part of the hair. When dark hair intermixes with white or gray hair, the laser only “sees” the dark hair. Sometimes with thin (or velous) hair, laser permanency is weaker since thinner hair draws less laser energy. Whereas with electrology, it destroys hair follicles regardless of hair color, making it the more permanent method.
