Ever since ebay abolished the ability for sellers to give anything but positive feedback, a lot of buyers have no inhibitions for giving people negatives just to be a douchebag, since there are no consequences for doing so. To combat this, ebay has started policing the feedback system, and removing meritless negatives, and may even suspend repeating offenders. However, you have to ASK them to do this. Otherwise, they assume that the negative was, indeed, with merit.
