Why would some people in Runescape scam other players?
People scam players in runescape for the money. All they care about is getting money to buy the best equipment they can get and just show off their wealth. This ” scamming ” has mostly been fixed my Jagex, as on the trade box when someone takes an item, and red ! will appear flashing to show the item has been taken away. They also added the Grand Exchange which players put their money in for items and other players may sell their items for money. As of Tuesday, July 13, 2010 it is strictly IMPOSSIBLE to get scammed on the Grand Exchange ( G.E.).
