Why would only 1 criterion in an entry receive an NS (nonscorable) instead of a score?
A criterion is deemed to be nonscorable (NS) if no written commentary addresses that particular criterion or if the written commentary contains insufficient evidence for that criterion. An NS also is recorded in the event that there are no attached artifacts that address the criterion, where the entry directions stipulate that artifacts must provide evidence to support the written commentary.
