Why would I want to reflash to the Open Protium firmware?
At this point in time reflashing to the Open Protium firmware is really for the developer/senior sysadmin who wants more control over their StorCenter. The firmware gives you a full Linux environment and native compiler, permitting the compilation of just about any available open source software.
