Why would I want to pay for an eSeminar when other sites such as Microsoft are offering them for free?

You’re right, there are free Webcasts available on other Web sites. I’ve sat through some of them because I needed to see how mine are different. One thing I’ve learned: when a session is being advertised as a Webinar, it’s usually a sales pitch disguised as a seminar. On the other hand, Microsoft produces a series of free Webcasts that are truly intended to enhance your skills. These sessions are one hour so the instructors have to move very quickly. I can usually follow what’s going on because I teach these same topics. You may need a different learning experience. The following outlines how my sessions differ. First, I do not spend considerable time explaining what I’m going to teach you because that’s explained in detail on my Web site. Second, my sessions are open so we can interact during the training. I’ve done surveys and attendees prefer this because they can stop me and ask a question on the topic. Plus, the interaction gives them a feeling of being in face-to-face training.
