Why would i only get braxton hicks for 30min then jst stop?
That’s the nature of Braxton Hicks … they can last for minutes or even hours – and then, go away. I noticed mine would tend to stop if I rested on my right side. Labor contractions don’t do that. In the weeks prior to my son my BH contractions lasted 10 hours, at regular intervals (I was in the hospital because those two times I was preterm) and then they just stopped for no apparent reason.
