Why would I invite a candidate to join JobScore?
• Inviting a candidate to join JobScore is kind of like connecting to them on a social network like LinkedIn, except that you are forming a connection between your company and the candidate, not you and the candidate. • When a candidate accepts your invitation, you are going to be able to access any updates to they make to their contact information and resume in JobScore – and you’ll be notified if their updated skills and interests match new jobs you open in the future. • Finally, if you are on the JobScore SHARE plan, some candidates that respond to your invitation may choose to give you permission to share their resume. Each new resume you share will earn you a credit that you can redeem to contact a different recommended candidate from the JobScore Network.
