Why would I invest near Shamshabad and not in Gachibowli or Hitech City?
a. Shamshabad is at the beginning of its growth curve, leaving lot of room for appreciation for your investments. Govt. has definite plan for developing this area, all of which gets announced in the media time to time. Gachibowli and Hitech City has saturated and prices have gone sky high leaving not much room for further appreciation. It is considered as a lost opportunity from an investment perspective.
