Why would I choose a netbook over a laptop?
Netbooks are designed to augment productivity via portability. Also, netbooks are designed primarily for consumption – they’re best utilized to connect to the internet to access content (photos, documents, videos) or to perform light-duty document editing. Laptop computers are designed for creation, allowing you to generate and edit rich, multi-media documents and run multiple applications simultaneously. A netbook is often considered a companion device, complementing a laptop, but not replacing it.
