Why would all correspondences be addressed in only two (2) owners’ names and not all three (3) or four (4) owners?
A. Our system has capability of handling two (2) owners’ name and only one (1) address. If you wish to change the names, you will need to advise our Deeding/Title Services Department of the names of the owners you wish to have on our system and the address all correspondence should be going to. This requested must be in writing and signed by all parties involved.
