These loan grants help in times where there is changing economic conditions. Further, in some cases a grant is required because the management has poorly run the business. In smaller concerns, managers or owners seldom take the steps to really set the rules on spending and credit. They may not institute proper techniques or research on how to actually run a small business. This can mean future disaster for the small company.
