Why would a puppy farm have link to Greyhound adoption program on there website?

My *opinion* is that the Greyhound adoption may be related to the puppy farm. Nowhere on the greyhound site do I see anything about -not for profit- Usually shelters and rescues are not for profit organizations, in other words they are not out to make a profit on the dogs they rescue. This greyhound adoption may be affiliated with the people racing the greyhounds, and as you look at their website you will note that these racing greyhounds lived their lives in kennels, not unlike puppy mill/puppy farm dogs (although the greyhounds may have had better/cleaner conditions). That being said, the greyhound rescue may be making a profit off of these dogs the same way puppy mills make a profit from their stock.
