Why would a listing agent be willing to show me a property without a Sky Realty agent present?
• Should they have any issues showing you a property we assure them that, in our case, we refund most of the commission to the buyer. Listing agents do not have to worry about having to do more than their fair share of the work when negotiating an offer from a Sky Realty agent. Our experienced agents prepare all the paperwork, handle negotiations and contingencies, and coordinate closing. • If the listing agent is still unwilling to show their listing, Sky Realty can assign you a Sky Realty agent to see the home. For their efforts, the Sky Realty agent they assign will receive 1/3 of the agent commissions. This only applies if you decide to purchase a home that they helped you view. You as the buyer will receive 1/3 commission after closing. Although this is not the 2/3 refund we strive for, this is still an excellent refund to receive when traditionally you receive nothing.
