Anyone too cheapskate to have a vet check their bit.ch out for fertility-problem reasons is too cheapskate to: • pay for a bit.ch whose parents have been proven in show ring & training ring, and possess whatever xray certificates are needed for that breed, whatever other “health certificates” are needed for that breed; • put in the time & money involved in having their bit.ch trained, campaigned, tested-&-certificated as above; • pay for the travel to and the stud fee of a dog who has been campaigned, trained, tested as above. It is also unlikely that such a person would: • bother getting a couple of breed-mentors to help identify possible genetic problems in the background of the bit.ch
