Why won WebRecord Pro fetch web pages?

A. If WebRecord Pro seems to be responsive, but does not even attempt to fetch web pages, check to see if fetching is paused. When fetching is set to “paused”, the message “Network fetching paused” is displayed in the status line, and the menu option Fetch>Pause is checked. To resume fetching, select Fetch/Pause again. Otherwise, if your browser is successfully loading web pages, but WebRecord Pro is failing to fetch pages that are added to its Print List, this is most likely caused by your Proxy Settings. Some Internet connections are made through a “proxy server”. In this case, WebRecord Pro, like your browser, needs to be given some information about the server. WebRecord Pro offers some shortcuts to help you get your proxy settings right first time.
