Why won TRIBrewards ship redemption items?

TRIBrewards does not ship redemption items, with the exception of TRIBrewards branded Gift Cards which are mailed directly to member home addresses. All other redemption items must be collected in person from The Tampa Tribune at 202 S. Parker Street, Tampa Bay, FL 33606, unless otherwise specified. Please call ahead for hours of operation (813.259.7878) and bring your valid picture ID. On the rare occasions when TRIBrewards does mail redemption items they must be shipped to a Tampa Bay area address.
