The patented track was not sufficiently cleaned with the alcohol swabs and allowed to dry completely, before installation. The tape was not pressed and/or attached firmly onto the patented track.Thoroughly re-clean the patented track with the alcohol swabs, allow the area to dry completely before firmly attaching the tape to the patented track.
