This could be caused by a number of things. Please check the following: • Make sure the Streamer’s key lock is unlocked. The slider on top of the Streamer should reveal a GREEN mark, indicating that this is the case. • Ensure that the Streamer battery is charged. Tip: To set the Streamer in pairing mode hold the Bluetooth button down for about 7 seconds until it starts to flash rapidly, indicating that it is in pairing mode. This mode lasts for 2 minutes.
