Why won’t the Small Wonder software application run under Windows Vista?
In order to work properly with Windows Vista, the Small Wonder software application must be run in Windows XP compatibility mode. To accomplish this, perform the following steps: • Left-click on the Start Menu • Left-click on Computer • In the list of available drives, locate and open the Small Wonder device (typically labeled EZ101 or EZ105) • Locate the software application called “View your videos” • Right-click on “View your videos” • From the menu, left-click “Properties” • From the software application’s properties window, left-click the Compatibility tab • Under the Compatibility tab, left-click the check box next to “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” • Make sure “Windows XP (Service Pack 2)” is selected in the box directly below the check box mentioned in the previous step • Click OK You should now be able to run the software application without compatibility problems.
