Why won the site allow me to submit photos, fan art, or images within the file library?

First off, you need to be a registered member in order to be able to submit content. Please click the Register link in the navbar and register to the site. After doing so, you will then need to be logged in, and then you should be able to submit content for consideration within our Member Media section.
