This function requires Microsoft VM java to be enabled. To do this open Internet Explorer’s ‘Tool’ menu, choose ‘Internet Options’. Under the ‘Advanced’ tab search for the heading ‘Microsoft VM’, under this heading select ‘Java console enabled’. This will require a restart of the browser.
