Why won’t the Online Special Licensing renewal system let me renew my license online?
You may not be able to renew online for one or more of the following reasons: • Your license status is not Active. • It has been more than one month since your license expiration date. • You answered YES to any of the Personal or Professional Conduct Questions asked as part of the license renewal process. • Your license has been flagged for an administrative reason. • You have not completed eight hours of approved continuing education. Each continuing education hour is equivalent to 50 minutes of continuous classroom instruction.
