Why won’t the IPlus system let me renew my license online?
You may not be able to renew online for one or more of the following reasons: • Your license status is not Active. • It has been more than one year since your license expiration date. • You answered YES to any of the Personal or Professional Conduct Questions asked as part of the license renewal process. • Your license has been flagged for an administrative reason. • You have not completed continuing education requirements.
