Why won’t the guide display more channels on screen?
With the new guide you have the option to change the grid cell height to display more channels on screen. To change the cell height: • Press Menu twice on your remote to go to the Main Menu. • Select Setup and press OK. • Select Guide Setup and press OK. • Select Grid Cell Height and use the left/right arrow on your remote to change to Single Height and EXIT. • How do I set my favourite channels? • Press Menu twice on your remote to go to the Main Menu. • Select Setup and press OK. • Select Favourites Setup and press OK. • Select your favourites by highlighting the channel and pressing OK or FAV on your remote. You can now access your favourites by selecting the “Go To Your Favourites” icon on the Quick Access Menu or selecting My Favourite Channels on the Main Menu.
