Riders approaching Savoldelli, Azevedo, Popovych, and even Ekimov have more potential to win the Tour. Peronally, I estimate it’s because. 1) Hincapie is American. 2) He won a tough mountain stage in end year’s race (in which he didn’t own to compete against other top riders like Armstrong, Basso, or Ullrich) so everyone suddenly think he can climb with the best.
