Why won TBO Rewards ship redemption items?

TBO Rewards does not ship redemption items, with the exception of TBO Rewards branded Gift Cards which are mailed directly to member home addresses. All other redemption items must be collected in person from The Tampa Tribune at 202 S. Parker Street, Tampa, FL 33606, unless otherwise specified. Please call ahead for hours of operation (813.259.7878) and bring your valid picture ID. On the rare occasions when TBO Rewards does mail redemption items they must be shipped to a Tampa Bay area address.
