If you are using a KYRO II, the game will fail to install on WinXP or Win2K because of a conflict between the Bink video player used by Renegade and the KYRO drivers. This may be fixed in a future driver release by KYRO, but in the meantime, you can get the game to install by: Right click on the desktop. Select properties form the drop down box. Select the Settings tab. Click on the Advanced button. Select the tab that says KYRO properties Check the Force Texture Compression feature Install Renegade.
