Why won my Washington dwarf navel tree produce any fruit?

I grew up with a plum tree that used to produce fruit, but it soon started to get cold after it would bloom. Even if it was chilly just one day after it bloomed, the tree would not grow fruit. Perhaps you are having the same problem. I suggest getting a green house to put over it in order to regulate the temperature.
