Why won’t my Verisign ECA Certificate display in Microsoft Internet Explorer?
Your Verisign ECA Certificate is associated with your Windows user profile which is created when you assign your Windows password. You must have an assigned password for your Verisign ECA Certificate to appear in your Web browser. If you have deleted your password your certificate will no longer appear in your browser. In either case, you must assign a new password and replace your Verisign ECA Certificate.
