Why won’t my Supertooth won’t go into Pairing mode?
• When entering pairing mode Make sure you turn OFF and wait a long4 seconds before turning the Supertooth ON again. Supertooth will not go into pairing mode unless enough OFF time has passed. (MOST IMPORTANT = This is the most common problem and may require going through the steps of entering Pairing Mode several times to understand the procedure.) • Follow through the Pairing Guide according to your phone in the Supertooth Manual or below. • Be clear about the extra step required to enter Headset Mode.(see below) • Supertooth sometimes requires a few seconds to establish a connection. Advise user to be patient while devices are searching.
