To verify your browser settings are correct please do the following: (For Windows 98/ ME/ 2000), • From your Start Menu select “Settings” and then “Control Panel.” • Double-click on “Internet” or “Internet Options.” (For Windows XP) • From the Start Menu select “Control Panel”, then “Network”, then “Internet connections.” • Double click on “Internet” or “Internet Options.” • Select “Delete Files” from the Temporary Internet Files section. • Select “Security” and click on “Default Level” to set it to medium for this area. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or higher, select the “Privacy” tab and set the slider bar to “Low.” • From the same window, select the “Advanced” tab. • Scroll down the list to the “Microsoft VM” section, and expand that section to view its content. Make sure these items are checked: • Java Console Enabled • Java Logging Enabled • JIT Compiler Enabled • Scroll down the list to the “Security” section and make sure the “Do not save encrypted files to disk” is unche
