Why won my registration keycode “stick”?
A– If your registration information for PMFB Macintosh is lost on each restart of the application, try the following: 1) Turn off virtual memory and reboot; launch PMFB, register it, and quit; turn virtual memory back on and reboot. The registration information should now “stick.” Please let us know if you have any further trouble. 2) Restart with extensions “off”, that is re-boot holding the “shift” key until you see the startup screen “Welcome to Macintosh” showing “extensions off”. Run PMFB and register it. Quit the program if it doesn’t self-quit. The registration will stick. There are many third party extensions that can cause a variety of problems with any software registration. Many do not, but it is not a simple task to list all those that might be involved with this problem.
