First, you will need to know if your camera supports the SD memory card you just bought. Some cameras can only support up to 1 GB or 2 GB. Most of the newer models can support up to 16 GB of memory card. For you to verify, try to visit www.kodak.com/go/accessories then, look for the model of your camera and hit the GO button. Once you got the list of accessories for your camera, click on All Accessories tab, then you will see list of memory card and its capacity that will work with your camera. If the memory card you bought is listed and the camera still won’t format the card, then your camera may need to be repaired.
