Why wont my interior lights shut off in my 1994 Buick regal grand sport?

I have a 1994 Buick Regal Grand sport and one day the interior lights would not shut off, then all the sudden my alternator is not putting any volts out, I have sense changed the battery and alternator and still no change. Any suggestions. A: try turning your head light switch back to shut off dome light.
