It has not been determined yet whether this is specific to a certain manufacturer and model of DVD drive, a particular PC implementation of a drive, or DVD drive software. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes. If you encounter this problem, please check the website of your PC or drive manufacturer – there are frequently driver updates from these sources that will fix multiple issues you might encounter with your DVD drive.
