Why won my BobCAD Dongle key work through a network/hub for multiple computers?

BobCAD-CAM Although BobCAD-CAM V22 can be installed on numerous computers, the license dongle will only work for the computer it is being used. If V22 is installed on 5 computers, place the license dongle in the computer that will be used. This is Local Install only. It will not work through a network, or hub.
