Why won MICROSOFT PUBLISHER work with my scanner since I installed PhotoDoc Software version 1.5?
The PhotoDoc scanner with version 1.5 software does not work with MICROSOFT PUBLISHER 97 unless you just do a simple Scan and Transfer. This means when you enter the PhotoDoc Twain window, click on Scan and Transfer without doing a prescan and then a Select or Enhance. To solve the problem you need to un-install version 1.5 Software and re-install version 1.0 or 1.0.1.
