Why won MapQuest 4 Mobile connect to the Internet?
If you are having trouble connecting to the Internet, check the following: • If Wi-Fi is OFF, and you are in a roaming network, Data Roaming must be ON to get connected to the Internet. Note: Roaming charges may apply. • If Data Roaming is OFF and you are out of you carrier’s normal coverage area, Wi-Fi must be ON to get connected to the Internet. Note: You must be within range of an accessible Wi-Fi network. • If Airplane Mode is ON, Wi-Fi must be ON to get connected to the Internet.
