Why wont Lotus Notes let me send an e-mail message?
When attempting to send an e-mail message in Lotus Notes, a warning may appear stating that your storage capacity has been exceeded. This will prevent you from sending or receiving new messages. The solution is to delete unneeded messages so the account falls below the storage limit. To do so, log in to Lotus Notes and open the Mail folder. In the menu on the left side of the screen, click the small plus sign next to the word Views. Click the plus sign next to Views Choose the All Documents option. Choose All Documents Every message stored in your entire account will be listed. Near the center of the screen, choose the Size link. Choose the Size link All of the messages in your account will be sorted according to size, with the largest appearing near the top.
