Why won KOMO4 Rewards ship redemption items?

KOMO4 Rewards does not ship redemption items, with the exception of KOMO4 Rewards branded Gift Cards which are mailed directly to member home addresses. All other redemption items must be collected in person from KOMO4 at 140 Fourth Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109, unless otherwise specified. Please call ahead for hours of operation (206.404.4000) and bring your valid picture ID. On the rare occasions when KOMO4 Rewards does mail redemption items they must be shipped to a Seattle area address.
