Why won Flight Simulator 2004 and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 uninstall?

I have been trying to uninstall flight simulator 2004 and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 for days and neither will uninstall. I go to control panel and add/remove programs but they won’t uninstall. I can uninstall anything else I want but not these two programs. When you try to uninstall roller coaster tycoon 3 it just says setup.exe has stopped working. When you try to uninstall flight simulator 2004 nothing happens at all. I have also tried to uninstall these by going to each program in the start menu and using their uninstall options but that doesn’t work either. I have also tried going to the program files folder on c: drive and clicking the uninstall application from there but again it just doesn’t work. I no longer have the discs for either of these games so I can’t reinstall and then uninstall either. I also would rather not just manually delete them. What can I do or try? I am running windows vista home premium. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
